Well, If you have come here your phone must have rooted. After rooting you might be asking yourself  'what should i do next', i would say install xposed. If you dont know what is xposed. It is a framework which you can install modules to customize and tweak your android. You can download it from here (Download Xposed Click Here.).

There are more than thousand modules, but there are best ones. Today we will count down the top 5 xposed modules. To download these modules you can either download in xposed framework itself under modules tab or you can download from the links below.

5)Xstana

 

With Xstana you can change your Status bar and navigation bar icons, There are plenty of icons avilable but some of them of are paid. There are some neat free icons too. To Apply an icon; Slide through and choose your preffered icons and once done press the tick mark at the bottom left. You can see the changes once you softboot or reboot your device

Xblast Tools is collection of tweaks for your android including ; build.prop tweak, statusbar tweaks, visual tweaks, navigation bar tweaks and many other tweaks. This module supports Android 4.0.3 to 5.2, They are still working on Marshmallow.
